They went above hospitality to accomadate my schedule with their opening hours all it took was a proactive phone call on my part as the customer. I was very impressed. The knowledge they have about the pets they sell rivals a zoo. Its a one stop shop for all your pets needs.. Customer service puts this business above the grade.."

"We bought a bearded dragon, and the seller seemed very pushy about us taking this particular one. After bringing her home, we discovered she had been bullied by larger bearded dragons in her enclosure. They had bitten off part of her tail, and her back legs don’t work properly due to MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease). Please do not get a pet from here. The animals appear to be kept in poor conditions, and it’s heartbreaking to see. They deserve much better care."

"​I am deeply disappointed by my recent visit to this store. While the exterior looks decent, the conditions inside are deeply concerning and unethical. On an 83° day, the store had no proper climate control, and the indoor temperature felt well over 80°. The birds were displayed in the front window in direct sunlight, clearly in distress and huddling together at the bottom of their enclosure just to find shade. Several fish in the aquatic section were also floating dead. Beyond the terrible animal care, the customer service was appalling. After a staff member agreed to help us purchase a bird, the owner approached my partner and me. When we explained we already had the necessary supplies at home, he aggressively badgered us, insisting we could only buy his specific seeds and could not provide a special diet. The situation grew worse when the owner asked where we live. When I gave a general area, he looked at us two young Black adults and said, "Oh, that's a neighborhood you sell weed in, not open a pet store." Not only do we not smoke, but this blatant profiling and microaggression was entirely uncalled for. It is incredibly ironic for him to lecture us on pet care when his own store is actively violating basic animal welfare standards. We immediately walked out. Save your time and money, and support stores that treat both animals and customers with respect."

"I bought a fish from here, as soon as I purchased it it was already sick. It didn’t move and stood in one spot. It wasn’t my fault neither because I own 3 other fishes and they are in perfect health and my tanks condition is A1. The fish was not eating had patches all around and more . I contacted them to get a new fish or some sort of help and nothing was done. DO NOT BUY."

"I went to buy a frozen mouse owner was super rude even when he was talking through the phone with a costumer, the frozen rats and mouses look like they been in the freezer for a long time and he didn't want me taking pictures which I understand. But his ball pythons are in terrible conditions one of them is malnourished and the other was not shedding correctly, the shed was super dry."
